I made it here alive.
I have to go up near the owner's house to get internet and my cell phone does not get any reception at all until I drive about a mile away from the house. Yeah, I'm in the boonies. It's kind of nice though. A 15 minutedrive will get you most anything you want. Everything else is quite a ways away.
Haven't been anywhere exciting yet, but I am looking forward to seeing some new stuff.
The job is pretty good so far. I wish I had a desktop computer, my own desk, and my own phone. I would get SO much more done. Right now I am at a little table in a little corner of the Marketing/Sales office area and am on a laptop, which is slow and annoying. I honestly can't stand laptops. They are just not designed for comfort.
I had an AMAZING crab cake the other day. It was actually my boss' lunch, but after she found out I had not had a Maryland crab cake yet, she gave me her whole lunch, except the fries. It was almost nothing but meat and was just a little spicy with black pepper. I have to get more! I have barely started my seafood eating, but I have a feeling once I start, I won't be able to stop!!
Once I get my paycheck, I will get xanga premium again and be able to post lots of pictures!
